German Magazine, Stern (Star), recently ran a cover story in their April 4th, 2012 issue about the video-sharing giant, YouTube. Just Dance Kids 2, Ubisoft’s sequel to the hit video game Just Dance Kids, was released on October 25h in the USA. It is available for Nintendo Wii, Playstation Move for the Playstation 3, and Kinect for Microsoft XBox 360. The game can be found at major retailers across the country as well as online.

Just Dance Kids 2 features more than 40 new songs, including today’s hottest hits, such as Love Me, Whip My Hair, Just The Way You Are, and popular songs from kids’ favorite TV shows and movies. French video game studio Ubisoft announced the newest installment to it’s ever popular video game series Just Dance. Just Dance Kids 2 (Just Dance Kids in the UK) will be released on October 25th in the US and November 4th in the UK on the Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. Among the 40 new songs, the hit Youtube song, I’m A Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song) will be one of the featured tracks to use. This would mark the first appearance of Gummibär in a major platform game.

“Just Dance Kids provides kids from 4 to 8 years old with exciting new features on top of the elements that have made the Just Dance franchise a success,” Ubisoft’s EMEA VP of marketing and sales Geoffroy Sardin stated. “Just Dance Kids is a must-have family title. It will get kids active and moving while bringing the entire family together, laughing and dancing in their living rooms.”

Ubisoft plans to broaden their market by adding support for all major motion controllers with the inclusion of Microsoft’s Kinect and Playstation Move support. This will provide more interactivity to the game, allowing kids to create their own video clips.

Just Dance Kids was previously published in the UK as Just Dance Juniors, now being rebranded as Just Dance Kids.
